Will AI solve our global healthcare system's burdens? I would like to think it can help. Let's see what can #pharma learn from this case study with the Chi Mei Medical Center’s pharmacy department in Taiwan on its ambitions using GenAi? "Time saved with the copilot means one pharmacist can now see 30 patients a day, up from 15. It also “allows pharmacists more time to care for patients with complex needs,” It’s just one example of how hospitals are starting to use generative AI to help Taiwan’s chronically overstretched healthcare workers do their jobs. Department head Hui-Chen Su. Taiwan. So, my question is where can pharma come in and help bring these sorts of results for our #hcps? How can we reduce burdens, deliver the right #content needed and deliver an outstanding #cx? Not just in Asia but across the globe. I would urge us all to start focusing on these sorts of GenAI case studies and really start taking advantage of #AI for the betterment of patients, not just squishing faces in a video, even though that was quite fun (thanks Pika!).
